A tendency to expect the best possible outcome or dwell on the most hopeful aspects of a situation

A pessimist is one who feels bad when things are good and he’ll feel I.. worse when things are better.

An optimist see a glass as half full. A true optimist sees even an empty glass as a vessel open to possibilities.

An optimist think that this is the best possible world. A pessimist fears I that this is true.

An optimist uses the language of positive affirmation. He will be on time instead of saying “I won’t be late.”

Darkest Time Of Day Is Minute Before Sunrise, So When We Feel We Are At Darkest Moment In Life, Remember Sunrise Is Just A Minute Away.

For pessimist Life is so confusing- what he want don’t get, he is not satisfied with what he got, what he expect never happens & what he hate generally repeats!

NEGATIVE person sees only 1 DAY between 2 Nights. While, POSITIVE person Considers there is one night between TWO DAYS.

No pessimist ever discovered the secret of the stars, or sailed to an uncharted land, or opened a new doorway for the human spirit.

Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope or confidence.                                                                          – Helen Keller

Optimism to achievement and it is also the foundation of courage and true progress.

Optimist laughs to forget. Pessimist forget to laugh.

Optimist radiate positive energy, pessimists are without any energy.

– Hemant C. Lodha

OPTIMIST: A person who while falling from EIFFEL TOWER says in midway “SEE I AM NOT INJURED YET!”

The Pessimist complains about the wind; The Optimist expects it to change. ..and The Realist adjusts the sail.                                – William Arthur Ward

The tough minded optimist views any problem as a challenge to his intelligence and ingenuity. He knows there is a solution and so he finally finds it.

To the optimist all doors have handles and hinges, To the pessimist all doors have locks and latches.

When the grass looks greener on the other side of the fence, it may be that they take better care of it there.                                                              – Cecil Selig

Dog Who can Walk on Water

There was a hunter who bought a bird dog, the only one of its kind in the world, wish could walk on water. He couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw this miracle. At the same time, he was very pleased that he could slow off his new acquisition to his friends. He invited a friend to go duck hunting. After some time ,they saw a few ducks and the man ordered his dog to run and fetch the birds. All day long, the dog ran on water and kept fetching the birds. The owner was expecting a comment or a compliment about this amazing dog, but never got one. As they were returning home, he asked his friend if he had noticed anything unusual about his dog. The friend replied, “Yes, in fact, I did notice something unusual. Your dog can’t swim.”

Moral of the story :

Pessimists can see negative in every thing they come across.

Today is going to be a great day!

I can handle more than I think I can!

thing don’t get better by worrying about them!

I can’ be satisfied if I try to do my best!

there is always something to be happy today!

It’s not good to be down!

life is great, make the most of it!

Sentenced to Death

The Sultan (of Persia) had sentenced two men to death. One of them, knowing how much the Sultan loved his stallion, offered to teach the horse to fly within a year in return for his life. The Sultan, fancying himself as the rider of the only flying horse in the world, agreed. The other prisoner looked at his friend in disbelief. “You know horses don’t fly. What made you come up with a crazy idea like that? You’re only postponing the inevitable.” “Not so,” said the first prisoner. “I have actually given my self four chances for freedom. First the Sultan might die during the year. Second, 1 might die Third the horse might die. And fourth … 1 might teach the horse to fly!”

The Craft of Power, r. g. h. Siu., 1979

Moral of the story :

For optimism you need boundless hopes.
