To keep thinking about unpleasant things or problems

To make somebody anxious about

As Cold Water And Warm Iron Takes Away The Wrinkles of Clothes.. A Cool Mind And a Warm Heart Takes away The Worries Of people.

Do not let your heart be a dust bin to dump all worries and sadness but let it be a treasure box to preserve happiness.

Heart is not a dustbin to dump all the worries of your life. It is a golden pot for collection of sweet moments of your life.

If a problem can be solved, then there’s no need for worrying. If a problem cannot be solved, then what’s the use of worrying. Be Happy.

It doesn’t pay to worry. Most things that happen are out of your control. If it’s good, it won’t last, and if it’s bad, it’s bound to get better.

Never worry about delay in success compared to others because construction of Pyramid takes more time than ordinary building.

There is a great difference between worry and concern- While a worried person SEES a problem, a concerned person SOLVES the problem.

We should not worry about next generation that they are not listening to us; BUT we should worry that they are observing us.

We spend most of our time worrying about things that never happen.

Worries are like birds, let them fly over you but do not make them build nest on your head.

Worry/and unhappiness are twin sisters, always like to live together.

– Hemant C. Lodha

Worry cannot add a single moment to our life rather it takes away life from the moment.

Worry is interest paid on trouble before it is due.

Worry is like a rocking chair. It will give you something to do, but it won’t get you anywhere.

Worrying does not reduce yesterday’s sorrow but it empties todays strength.

Worrying doesn’t solve tomorrow’s troubles but it takes away today’s peace.

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. lie would shake it off and take a step up.       .

As the farmer’s neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

Moral of the Story :

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt.

The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and

take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone.

We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping,

never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.
