I don’t believe that life is supposed to make you feel good, or to make you feel miserable either. Life is just supposed to make you feel.                – Gloria Naylor

IF every one is happy from you, it means you have made compromise at every stage of your life ?

If life were predictable it would cease to be life, and be without flavour.

Let yourself be open and life will be easier. A spoon of salt in a glass of water makes the water undrinkable. A spoon of salt in a lake is almost unnoticed.

Life consists not in holding good cards but in playing those you hold well.

Life dose not have to be perfect to be wonderful.

Life has a value only when it has something valuable as its object.

Life has an if at the centre. Assume control of uncertain if’s.

Life in abundance comes only through love.

Life is a gap between birth and death, to be filled with GYANA and DHARMA.

Life is a succession of moments. To live each one is to succeed.

Life is all about a card game, choosing the right cards is not in our hand but playing well with the cards in hand, determines success.

Life is an art of drawing without an eraser.

Life is like a ten speed bike. Most of us have gears we never use.

Life is like FLUTE..It has several Holes & Emptiness, But if we work appropriately on it, the same Holes & Emptiness can produce Magical Melodies.

Life is like playing a violin in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

Life is Looking In Front Ever.                                                   – Hemant C. Lodha

Life is r;nore strict than a teacher. A teacher teaches the lesson and then keeps the exam. But LIFE keeps the exam first & then teaches the Lesson.

Life is not about the people who act true to your face. It is about people who remain true behind our back.

Life is unfair. Your paycheck comes minus tax and the bills come plus.

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.                        – Anais Nin

Life tomorrow will be the result of our attitude and choices we make today.

Life sometimes becomes so “Selfish” that it wants everything…But while trying for everything, we miss something thats worth “Everything”.

Life without love and devotion is like a boat without water. It is not difficult to push a boat that is floating in water, but extremely hard to drag the same boat on dry land.

Life’s pencil does not have eraser. We can write new pages but can not rewrite yesterday’s pages.

Live life to express not to impress.

Living in the favourable and non-favourable conditions is PART of life but surviving bravely in both conditions is the ART OF LIFE.

Living is very simple, Loving is also simple, Laughing is too simple, Winning is also simple but being ‘SIMPLE’ is very difficult!

Loneliness is a great enjoyment when chosen by our self.. But hard to digest when gifted by others.

Man can fly like birds, sing like cuckoos, dance like peacock, swim like fishes, but alas man cannot live like a man.

No one has ever won a game of chess by moving forward alone. Sometimes you have to move backward to get a better step forward…that’s life.!!!

One can cross an ocean without wetting his legs, but can not cross his life without wetting his eyes.

One day our entire life will flash before our eyes…. Make sure that its worth watching.

One hour of glorious life is worth an age without a name.

Only common attribute among us is that we all are DIFFERENT.

Smaller things upset more in life than bigger ones. You can be on the top of mountain but not on the tip of a needle.

Some people learn and live, and some only live.

The game of life i~ a game of boomerangs. Our thoughts, deeds, and words return to us sooner or later, with astounding accuracy.

The one who knows how to adjust is the one who knows how to survive.

When we often think and talk about our bad memories, they enjoy staying with us rest of our life.

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers, got together to visit their old university professor.

Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life.

Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite – telling them to help themselves to hot coffee.

When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said: “If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups and were eyeing each other’s cups.

Now if life is coffee, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the quality of Life doesn’t change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee in it.”

Don’t let the cups drive you… Enjoy the coffee instead!

We gain freedom

when we have paid

the full price

for our right to live

Rabindranath Tagore

Carpenter

An elderly carpenter was ready to retire. He told his employercontractor of his plans to leave the house building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife enjoying his extended family: He would miss the paycheck, but he needed to retire. They could get by. The contractor was sorry to see his good worker go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor. The carpenter said yes, but in time it was easy to see that his heart was not in his work. He resorted to shoddy workmanship and uses inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end his career. When the carpenter finished his work and the builder came to inspect the house, “This is your house,” he said, “my gift to you.” What a shock! What a shame! If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all so differently .Now he had to live in the home he had built none too well.

Moral of the story:

Life is a Do-it-yourself project.
