Strives for

All the games created by man have either nets, targets, goals, holes or poles but still most of human being are not clear about the purpose of their existence.

– HemantC. Lodha

Begin with the end in mind.                                                         – Stephen Covey

Definiteness of purpose is the starting point of all achievement. – Clement Stone

END is never as satisfying as journey.

Every king was once helpless baby and every great structure was once a blue print. It is where you are today but where you will reach that counts.

If a man hasn’t discovered something that he will die for, he isn’t fit to live.

– Martin Luther King Jr.

If the path is beautiful, ask where it leads to. But jf the destination is beautiful never mind about the path.

If you do not know where you are going, every road will get you nowhere.

It doesn’t matter where we are. What really matters is in what direction we are heading.

It is good to have an end to journey toward; but it is the journey that matters, in the end.                                                                           – Ursula LeGuin

Let us work for a cause not for applause.

Life is great travel trip but it does not come with a map. We have to search our own map.

Life is like a race between Cat & Rat. The rat mostly wins because cat is running for food & Rat for life. Purpose is more important than the need.

Make your life a mission -not an intermission.                           – Arnold Glasgow

Most of us just exist and keep counting our days rather than making our days count.

Purpose is something worth dying for, which gives meaning to life. Find or create a purpose and then pursue it with passion. When people lack purpose and direction, they see no opportunity.

Sometimes entire life is not sufficient to know the purpose of our existence but candle of conscience always guide towards right direction.     – Hemant C. Lodha

The best way to find out your purpose is to ask yourself, if money and time are not constraints, what would you like to do? If your current efforts are not in that direction, then you are not in that direction, then you are on the wrong track.

The great thing the little lamp can do which the big sun cannot do is, it gives light when it is night. No one is superior by size but by purpose.

Animals’ School

Some animals in a forest decided to start a school. The students included a bird, a squirrel, a fish, a dog, a rabbit and a mentally retarded eel. A board was formed and it was decided that flying, tree climbing, swimming, and burrowing would be a part of the curriculum in order to give a broad based education. All animals were required to take all subjects. The bird was excellent at flying but when it came to burrowing, it kept breaking, it kept breaking its beak and wings and started failing. Pretty soon, it started making Cs in flying and of course in tree climbing and swimming it was getting Fs. The squirrel was great at tree climbing and was getting As, but was failing in swimming. The fish was the best swimming. The fish was the best swimmer but couldn’t get out of the water and got Fs in everything else. The dog didn’t join the school, stopped paying taxes and kept fighting with the administration to include barking as part of the curriculum. The rabbit got As in burrowing but tree climbing was a real problem. It kept falling and landing on its head, suffered brain damage, and soon couldn’t even burrow property and got Cs in that too. The mentally retarded ell, which did everything half as well, became the valedictorian of the class. The board was happy because everybody was getting a broad-based education.

Moral of the story:

It was wise to be a master of one than jack of all.
